Love the Design

The pendant was very beautiful. I really love the design and the diamond. The main stone was as beautiful as you said it would be. It compared to be as white as my more ""higer grade"" diamond. Moreover, it was fun viewing the diamond under the magnify equipment you sent. Unfortunately, the chain was a bit too thin for me. I purchased this as a daily use item. I was trying to take the pendant out and switch it to my slightly thicker chain but couldn't. The end of the chain was too big and the hole of the pendant was too small. My husband keeps jinxing me that the chain will break. I hope he will be wrong. That was the only negative thing of my purchase. Thank you for the follow up. And thank you for a wonderful service from you and your team. Unfortunatly with my recent addition to the family, I need to save some $. But, I will definitely keep your site in mind next time I''m looking for some sparkles. Hopefully sooner than later. Please keep me in mind if you guys have some really good sale though. :)

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Liza, for all your help! We’re already looking forward to coming back when it’s time to pick out our wedding bands.
