VERY IMPRESSED

So I picked up the ring on Tues after work... kid you not, it looks spectacular. You did a great job of matching the side stones to the center stone. The setting looks better in person when you''re holding it like you said. I hope she will like it as much as we do. I showed the ring to a colleague of mine who happened to be the matchmaker for my girlfriend & I... she knows a thing or two of high quality jewelry & she was VERY IMPRESSED by the color, brilliance, & overall presentation. So much so that you may be hearing from her in the future. LOL, she''d like me to do some research & look for maybe a princess cut on WhiteFlash for her. Anyways, everything arrived in order & carefully packed. It was funny as I wasn''t expecting a large box, to find a medium box, to then find a bubble pack cradling my precious cargo. Thanks again & here''s to whatever happens next week in Kauai. Stay tuned for next week''s episode =)

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
