Easy Process

Thank you for the kind words. Julie definitely loves her ring and to be honest I never felt that there were any mishaps. The fact that you guys set me up with the temporary setting in order to get the ring to me on time was great because Julie ultimately got to choose the setting she wanted and you guys made the whole process so easy. We will definitely be shopping with you again.

I'm definitely glad that I picked them with this major purchase.

I made this purchase a couple of months ago, and when I realized I hadn't left a review, I immediately came back to write one. I cannot recommend Liza enough. She was extremely patient with me, answered ALL of my questions and just made the overall process easy. She seemed to genuinely care about creating the ring that I envisioned and that I would be happy with. The end result was a custom ring that my now fiancée loves.
