Great Whiteflash Experience

I just want to let you know that I picked up the ring yesterday. The ring looks very lovely and beautiful. I kept looking at it all the time. I had fun playing with the loupe as well. I can't wait to present the ring to my girlfriend. I hope that she will love the ring. It's been a great experience to work with everyone at Whiteflash. Thank you again for all your help.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
