Thanks for all of your help! My wife loves the earrings. They sparkle like you wouldn''''t believe. I brought them to my large local jeweler here in Omaha for the setting and they immediately asked if I had looked at their diamond earrings. I told them sure, I''''m within my ten day return period on these diamonds and I would gladly look at theirs. They asked me my price range and I told them not greater than $2,300. They brought me out earrings that were supposed to be the same as my diamonds in color and clarity. First of all, there was a noticeable color disparity. The clarity may have been equal. Second, they did not ""sparkle"" at all like the diamonds I had. Third, they weren''''t a full ct. in total weight. Fourth they did not come with any certs. So she brings out a new set of earrings that were very nice and comparable to what I had on all accounts, although I still thought mine had slightly more sparkle. The price tag for these earrings was nearly $5,000, which they would be willing to go down to $4,000 for me. I laughed and told them I was happy with what I had. Thanks again for all of your help. I have a number of friends and colleagues in the engagement ring market so I will be highly recommending you guys, and although it will probably be a few years, I will be back to get the diamonds for my wife''''s 3 stone anniversary ring.
