Just wanted to give you and the rest of the Whiteflash team a huge THANK YOU for my redesigned engagement ring. I can?ˆ™t stop staring at it. I LOVE IT!!! I know that WF would do a good job but WJW. My ring is perfect in every way. The work on the surprise bezel set diamonds is amazing. And the engraving is beautiful and even. I am just in awe at how beautiful my ring is. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for making my dream ring.

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
