Magnificent!!!

My apologies for the delayed contact. I ended up getting a sinus infection that made for a very unpleasant couple of days. Well I just wanted to say the ring looks Magnificent!!! I can''t believe how exquisite the appearance is. I''m sure she''s going to love it!!! I want to thank you for all the time and effort that you put into this purchase. You are a very delightful person on the phone and truly helped me on one of the hardest decisions that I have ever made. With so many overwhelming choices, you made it really simple and enjoyable. I also wanted to thank the rest of the staff at Whiteflash,everyone I talked with on the staff was more than willing to assist in any way that they could. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
