Customer Service + Product = A Very Satisfied Customer

First, I want to compliment your customer service. Everyone on your team I had contact with on the phone and via e-mail was knowledgeable and very helpful. This can be a rare thing in today?ˆ™s world ?ˆ“ especially when the item being purchased is not a ?ˆ?high dollar?ˆ? item (which mine was not). Plus, the earrings even shipped a day earlier than I was told they would. My wife absolutely loves the earrings. She keeps commenting on how much they sparkle, even in lower light. Your combination of customer service and product has earned a repeat customer. I will definitely be back when I am looking for anything that involves diamonds. A Very Satisfied Customer

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
