Yes, I was able to pick up the ring. Of course it looked wonderful as expected. I think the thing I appreciated the most was that you were able to get it here on Wednesday for me instead of Thursday. That made a huge difference. The communication between you guys and me was great. Emails from the photographer, operations, you, etc. It was nice everyone doing their part and keeping me informed. I was never left wondering what was up. I think the only think I might have done different was to talk more with you when I was deciding on the diamond. That is my fault though. I pretty much did it all on my own. However, I''m very happy with my selection, but how can you go wrong with a ACA diamond.
