AHHHHH! I LOVE IT!!!

OK, so, I have no words - just squeals of excitement! It probably took me twice as long to get to work this morning because I was driving like 30mph staring at my ring the whole time! It is absolutely everything I imagined and dreamed for - I can not tell you how much I am in love with this ring!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for somehow getting inside my head an creating my most perfect ring! Please pass on my gratitude to all involved! I can not wait to show my husband and all my friends, my coworkers have been waiting to see and agree it is just beautiful and completely suits me. AHHHHH! I LOVE IT!!! Will take some pics over the weekend, it fits like a glove with my scattered band, just sitting perfectly high enough and flush against it - a perfect match! Much love, Whiteflash!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
