This has been my first online diamond/jewelry purchase and I just wanted to express how happy I have been with your customer service and the overall experience. I made this purchase a couple of months ago, and when I realized I hadn't left a review, I immediately came back to write one. I cannot recommend Liza enough. She was extremely patient with me, answered ALL of my questions and just made the overall process easy. She seemed to genuinely care about creating the ring that I envisioned and that I would be happy with. The end result was a custom ring that my now fiancée loves.
