My wife Lauren and I have been happily married 2+ years now. As I read your e-mail, I had to go back to the calendar to refresh myself on when it was that we got engaged. I can''''t hardly believe that it''''s been nearly five years (this coming Feb) since I first worked with Whiteflash on Lauren''''s custom engagement ring. She still loves to tell the story of how we had her e-ring, and then a matching band, custom made for her @ Whiteflash -- it gives her great pleasure knowing that your team was able to make ring just for her, with the fire and sparkle of your ACA diamonds, and she wouldn''''t have to ""settle"" with a similiar ring from that over-the-top blue-box store in the mall. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
