I have to say I am completely in awe of you and your teams customer service. Having worked in various levels of IT support for the last 10 years I can truly appreciate the knowledge, level of professionalism, and response time of your entire team. Your customer support model is one that should be striven for in any business. In regard to the actually e-ring, it is even more impressive in real life than in the excellent pictures that I was provided prior to its arrival. I can assure you that I will refer, anyone and everyone who asks me about diamonds, to WhiteFlash. My experience with WhiteFlash CSRs and the quality of product has solidified in my mind what has been said by so many publications and people already, that WhiteFlash really is one of the premiere online destinations for anything and everything related to diamonds.

I am so grateful that I found Whiteflash.

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
