I wanted to write to you to say a huge thank you for the exceptional customer service that yourself and your team has given me in the purchase of my engagement ring. I especially want to commend Bob and Kellie who have both been wonderful in dealing with my requests and changes. Everything was done on time, even faster than initially promised actually, and in a very professional manner. Great job on assembling such a great team of people. My now fiancee accepted the proposal and we are having a wedding this coming October. Thank you for being part of this special occasion in our lives. The ring is absolutely stunning!
