Thank you again to the WF team!

I cannot thank everyone enough. To be honest, when I first saw the pictures, I admit my heart sank with extreme disappointment. The setting looked bulky, thick and there was no fluidity at all. I was depressed enough to consider not picking up the ring at all, but decided it wasn?ˆ™t fair to everyone (myself included), especially since we worked on this together for almost 3 months. I am happy to report that all the negative thoughts flew out of my mind as soon as I opened the box and laid eyes on the ring. The setting is every bit as elegant, delicate and fluid as I?ˆ™d originally envisioned, not to mention, the usual impeccable workmanship and super sparkly A CUT ABOVE Diamonds. I love this ring as much as the Mahenge setting you did for me earlier. Thank you again to the WF team!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
