I have received the H&A diamond ring last Friday and upon opening the package, I am utterly speechless at how beautiful this ring is!!! I find myself looking and admiring it often. Thanks so much for all your time in answering my questions per telephone and promptly replying to all my emails! It is not very often that I am able to business with someone as professional and courteous as you. You have truly made my experience with Whiteflash an outstanding one. I think the hardest thing for me will be to have to wait till May before I can propose (5th year anniversary of dating); especially knowing how awestruck she will be once laying her eyes upon this ring. I will most certainly be passing on your name and Whiteflash to everyone. Thanks so much!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
