I would like to take the time to sincerely thank everyone at Whiteflash that has helped me in the purchase process of my custom engagement ring. I did months of research trying to educate myself as much as possible before I bought the diamond. I remember calling Whiteflash for the first time on Memorial day, not even realizing it was a holiday because I had been so engulfed in research. I spoke with Debi, which at the time I did not know she was the CEO of Whiteflash. I think the fact that she was taking calls on a holiday weekend is testament to her devotion to Whiteflash and its customers. Initially, I was extremely hesitant to make such a large purchase from an online retailer, but I can now say that it was the absolutely the right decision. Not only was your staff courteous and helpful, but the prices that Whiteflash offered were simply unmatched by other retailers, online or in-store. Although we ran into a small hiccup with the engraving, I was very pleased with the way Chris, Vera, Kellie and Joe were able to work with me to come up with the best possible solution. They were prompt in response and always professional. I''''d also like to comment on the photography; Becca does a wonderful job. The pictures of the ring were simply amazing. As for the finished product...PERFECT. The princess ACA diamond is like nothing I have ever seen before. I will never forget taking the ring out of the Fed-Ex box and seeing all the dots of light beaming onto the roof of my car. I have since been in a few jewelery stores for appraisals and have compared the A CUT ABOVE stone against the stores best diamonds (both branded and non-branded). The ACA is the hands-down winner every time. Some of the people from the diamond forums and retail stores claim that these ""super-ideal"" cuts are all hype, but I wholeheartedly disagree in regards to the ACA. Direct quote from an independent appraiser upon picking up the ring for the first time, ""In my 33yrs of appraisals, this is one of the hottest, brightest stones I''''''''ve ever seen."" Most importantly, my fiance absolutely LOVES the ring. She is giddy with the fact that the ring is custom designed and that I actually picked out the center stone separately rather than purchasing a pre-set ring/stone. She receives compliments almost daily. I love the way her eyes are lit up when I catch her staring at it, or when a total stranger stops her to comment. I could not be happier. Whiteflash has earned an A+ all around. I am looking forward to working with everybody again when it comes time to purchase wedding bands. Thanks so much for turning a potentially stressful purchase into an enjoyable and educational experience!

Great experience and huge thanks to Becca at Whiteflash for making things so stress-free and easy. Whiteflash was the first and only place I went to look for a ring and it could not have been a better experience. Liza worked with me then put up with my emails asking for an update. I would highly recommend this company. Liza sat with me from picking the diamonds and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. And the end result is SPECTACULAR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I rarely write reviews — good or bad. However, Whiteflash truly deserves one, and in the best possible way. I’m very impressed. After doing my latest research, I learned that Whiteflash is regarded as one of the highest-rated online diamond retailers. Now, as a customer, I completely understand why and can personally attest to that reputation. I primarily worked with Becca and Jennifer — both GIA-accredited and both outstanding. [As a side note, the CEO, Debi, personally responded to my initial inquiry to help connect me with the right person (Becca). When does that ever happen? Especially for an engagement ring purchase, that level of involvement went a very long way with me. Thank you, Debi!] This is the second engagement ring I’ve purchased, and the second time I’ve used an online retailer. While my experience with the first (also reputable) company wasn’t bad, it felt transactional — I was just another name in a queue. My overall satisfaction was “okay” at best. Moreover, whenever there was a question, someone new always responded; communication did not feel cohesive. Whiteflash has been the complete opposite. From what I’ve seen, many of their team members are GIA-accredited, and I know Becca and Jennifer are. Having direct access to knowledgeable, non-commissioned experts truly matters to me, especially on a purchase this meaningful. I came in with a strong idea of the diamond and setting I wanted to explore, and Becca took the time to walk through the stone, the setting, pricing, other options in detail. She explained why she liked the stone, backing her opinions with qualifications — not sales talk. She also followed up consistently by both phone and email to answer every question I had. Even after the sale, the service didn’t stop. I left a message in Whiteflash’s chat late on a Friday night and received a direct phone call from Jennifer on Saturday morning to follow up. I never would have expected weekend outreach — especially after the purchase was complete. The ring itself is stunning (a Simon G. setting with an Expert Selection diamond), but what truly sets Whiteflash apart is the customer experience. Despite being a prominent company, I always felt valued — never like “just a one-time buyer.” In fact, the experience felt more like working with a high-end brick-and-mortar jeweler than an online retailer, which is impressive considering I live roughly 1,700 miles away. Going in, despite all the positive reviews I’d read, I assumed the high-quality product (i.e., the ring) would be the main strength, and that customer service might be the weak link. I was wrong. The customer experience is just as exceptional as the ring. Simply put, other online retailers don’t shine as bright as Whiteflash — by any metric. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. As for engagement rings, though? I’m very glad the final one I ever bought came from Whiteflash. I already know it’s the only one I’ll need.

I cannot say enough great things about working with Becca. From start to finish, she was incredibly transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision. Buying a diamond can be overwhelming, but Becca made the entire process feel clear, comfortable, and even exciting.
