I want to thank everyone at Whiteflash for a superior diamond buying experience. I had the luxury of meeting you guys and seeing the diamond in person, and it was well worth the trip. I have never seen a diamond cut that well or sparkle that much before! I really appreciate the amount of time spent with me and how you explained diamonds in terms I could relate to. Thanks again, and not only will I keep you in mind for all future diamond purchases, but I already recommended you to a friend as well.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
