Hello Renee, I just wanted to drop you a note now that we have had the ring a while. We really do love the ring. The diamond is as beautiful as any I've seen. It seems to have a great deal of contrast, e.g. that difference between bright and dark sparkle. Amy really loves it. We took it to a independent appraiser a few days ago just as a precaution. The lab we used was Elliot Gemological Labs. Thomas Elliot confirmed all of the measurements and gradings for us. He also told us that diamond cuts simply don't get better than this one. That's gratifying but it's also what we expected after dealing with Whiteflash. Elliot also gave us a retail appraisal that was about a thousand dollars higher than the appraisal that you provided. Amy and I are both amazed that you can get such high quality for the low price combined with the great customer service. There was really no comparison to local brick mortar stores who wanted significantly more money for stones that look worse and were graded lower by less reputable labs. Amy will definitely get in touch with you when it's time for a wedding band. She already sent somebody from work her work your way. Thanks again for your help.
