Fantastic Experience - Great Service

My ring arrived on Friday morning, thanks for the quick, on-time delivery. Your email system with the Fedex tracking attachment is fantastic and it was great to see my ring travelling half-way across the world! My fianc?© to be loves the ring, as do I. I haven?ˆ™t popped the question yet as I am just waiting on my local jeweller to get it checked over and appraised so I can get insurance for it (it is covered by their insurance while in their possession by the way J) They have a minimum 2 week wait at the moment which is a bit of a pain as I can?ˆ™t wait to ask my fianc?© to be and have her wear it around. The ring looks amazing and it is exactly what we wanted. I love the finish of it and the centre stone is incredible and I love the way the setting lets you see the centre stone in all its glory J The sidestones look fantastic too and are a great match. Thanks so much to the Whiteflash team for all your efforts during my experience from diamond purchase, arrangement of payment all the way through to the ring design and shipping. It has been a fantastic experience and your great service has been the key reason for getting the ring completed with you. I had originally intended to just get the loose diamond and have it set by a local jeweller, however the service I received was nowhere near as good as Whiteflash and meant that I was happy to pay a bit extra for the ring than I was quoted here. Customer service can never be underestimated, especially for a purchase such as this. It was really good that you were prepared to contact me on the phone to answer my queries and concerns (which turned out to not be concerns at all!). I cannot fault the entire experience and will be happy to recommend anyone I know who may be interested in your products.

Whiteflash was awesome. I found the exact ring that my GF picked out years ago and couldn’t find it anywhere else. Brittany was my rep and she was great. She had to have changed my order 100 times but she was always positive and upbeat about it. We communicated through text an email and she was always prompt and professional.

Michelle went above and beyond in supporting me through the process of finalizing an engagement ring order. She reached out to me proactively approximately a month ago when she noticed that I had a few items in my cart which I hadn’t finalized deciding on. Michelle provided me with clarity and answered all my questions with such thoughtful and insightful knowledge such that I decided to place an order shortly after. Since then, I have worked with Michelle looking at custom options as well as designer options and finalized an order which I just received today. Along the way, Michelle was always extremely patient and courteous answering my (many technical and specific) questions. I was most appreciative when Michelle assisted me by going to have a personal look at the diamond ring after production and confirmed some minor quality correction items that I observed. Michelle not only worked with your master jeweler to correct a small prong adjustment I had requested based on the photos, but then also noticed some minor asymmetry elsewhere which she proactively got adjusted for me. The final result was absolutely wonderful and exceeded my expectations. At the end of it all, I feel I was provided with a beautifully elegant and refined product with exceptional craftsmanship and support from your entire team. I truly feel blessed to have been working through it all with Michelle as my advisor and point of contact. I will no doubt consider coming back to Whiteflash again and hopefully for a wedding band in the near future. Thank you again, Debbie, for your leadership in having an organization with a caliber of people such as Michelle. I exclusively put my trust in a business or in a work group based on the quality and character of the people over any other business or commercial criteria. And it appears that you’ve built an exceptional service with an even more exceptional group of people to back it up. It's our first time looking for an engagement ring and we had no idea how much there is to learn, but Becca made our experience so memorable and so special. After going to many online jewelers, and many local jewelers, I kept coming back to Whiteflash. I was looking for a very specific type of diamond, and Whiteflash had the most information and reports to make me feel comfortable purchasing. Customer service was great, and I received a lot of guidance over the phone and email from Becca, who was extremely patient with me. Shopping online for an engagement ring can be a very stressful process, and Becca did a great job going over options for settings and also helped me compare diamonds when I got down to the ones I was interested in. My fiancée is in love with her ring and after 6 months of engagement it's still constantly sparkling with a lot of fire. We cannot wait to get married. Thanks so much Becca and Whiteflash!
