I picked up my bracelet on Friday, and I couldn''''t be happier with it! I love the daintiness of the design and the brilliance of the diamonds! Thank you so much for everything that you did for me to receive the new bracelet. You and the entire WF team really did everything that you could on your end for me to get my damaged bracelet replaced as quickly as possible. You all signficantly reduced my stress level in the situation, and I really appreciate it. You guys are the best! I will continue to recommend you all to my family and friends, and contact you for future jewelry wishes!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
