The Whiteflash ACA Diamond is stunning!

Sorry for the delay in my response, but the ring that I received in June was everything I hoped it would be. It came right on time and was very well packaged. I proposed this past weekend and my fiancee loves the ring! ...and of course she said yes :) We could not be happier with the way the ring turned out. It came exactly as described. Your expertise and advice helped me make a well informed decision and feel comfortable purchasing a ring online. I thank you for your time on the phone answering questions and listening to special requests. The Whiteflash ACA diamond is stunning and does indeed have the sparkle and brilliance we all look for in a beautiful stone. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and communication i had during the entire process. I have friends looking to buy a ring as well in the near future and have no reservation recommending Whiteflash.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
