Very happy with purchase and Whiteflash experience!

I just want to start with the customer service. From my first contact with Whiteflash, I have been treated as a priority and every question that I asked, (which was a lot) was answered. I was actually provided with more information than I had asked, as I just knew the basics about diamonds. Liza made sure that I knew all the specifics and that I selected the best quality diamond within my budget. Through the ring building process, I was provided updates periodically as requested and the Whiteflash employees were very happy to do so. Once the ring was completed, I was provided pictures just because they were so excited to show me the finished product. There were no problems with shipping and I received the ring exactly when they said I would. Once I opened the box, the ring was even more spectacular than the pictures that were provided. I'm very happy with my purchase and experience with Whiteflash!
