Before I tell my story, I would like personally put Traci on the spot, and thank her a million times over!! Without her, I would have never ended up with the diamond I have today. It all started out a few months ago, when I was slowly starting to search for diamonds to set in an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I started off with a budget in mind & searched literally dozens of sites. Site after site I kept thinking ?ˆ?this is the stone!?ˆ? Yet I?ˆ™d somehow find a problem with the diamond. Then after weeks of searching, I starting researching diamond forums and asking questions. I was getting more knowledge each day, and continued my search! With each search, came and went stones! I just couldn?ˆ™t find the right diamond in my price range. I even had numerous diamond vendors helping me at one time. While they were all meeting my budget?ˆ¦..they just weren?ˆ™t presenting me with ?ˆ?THE ONE!?ˆ? Honestly I think I had so many diamond vendors emailing me, that I originally ignored an email from Traci @ Whiteflash. After 3 or 4 months of searching, I came back to Whiteflash with questions about a couple stones I was interested in. It just so happens, that Traci was the person who ended up contacting me again (And I?ˆ™m so glad she did!) After numerous emails back and forth, she was very honest with me about the stones I chose. She gave me her honest opinions and explanations on why to choose (or not choose) certain diamonds! She really listened to what I was looking for in a stone. I gave her all of my specifics and budget?ˆ¦.then her search quickly began! She did not waste any time and recommended a couple of choices that caught her eye?ˆ¦.great stones, yet it still wasn?ˆ™t ?ˆ?the one!?ˆ? At this moment she emailed me a sizing question and searched again! She dug deeper & emailed back a specific stone that was actually in her inventory?ˆ¦.and of all things?ˆ¦.a 1.714ct ?ˆ?A Cut Above Hearts and Arrows?ˆ? diamond. IT WAS AMAZING!!! At first glance I thought?ˆ¦.?ˆ?I?ˆ™ve never searched the ACA diamonds because I really never thought I could meet all my specs and budget.?ˆ? Right away I emailed her back and told her this finally ?ˆ?THE ONE!?ˆ? After that, Traci and I arranged a phone call to discuss everything and answer any questions I had. It was like talking to a friend! She wasn?ˆ™t there to ?ˆ?make a sale.?ˆ? She was honest with me and was truly there to help. We talked for about 30minutes and she answered every single question I had. Traci accomplished more with me in 2-3 days that anyone has in 2-3 months! She went above and beyond to find the perfect stone. What really separated Traci miles from the competition, was that it didn?ˆ™t matter what time of day or night it was! Her work day didn?ˆ™t stop at 5. Her customers were priority! Whiteflash as a company (and of course Traci) helped me through the whole process thereafter. The company is extremely professional and the customer service was above and beyond. It may sound clich?© but they truly are ?ˆ?A Cut Above!?ˆ?
