After months of research, all stars pointed to Whiteflash as a reputable and quality diamond and ring provider. Service was also top notch - after choosing a diamond, I was after a semi-customized ring which Traci assured me would be looked after. A short time later, the diamond was set in the customized ring, and it was perfect as could be. Shipping to an alternate address and contact was also handled without a fuss and the follow through by Traci throughout ENTIRE process was service of highest quality. Communication was two ways and Traci always called and emailed to check if I had any questions and to inform me of where things were. Needless to say, on a cold windy night @ Victoria Peak, Hong Kong, my fiance saw the ring and said yes with tears saying the rest. Thank you very much Traci and the rest of the Whiteflash crew!
