My name is Eric and I am a customer from Singapore. At first, I was skeptical and have confidence issue buying such expensive item online. I was afraid that I might be cheated; and what if I do not receive the diamond after I transferred the money? Traci from Whiteflash tried calling me a few times over the phone. She wanted to know what I am concerned about. I was puzzled as to why she needed to talk over the phone, and why couldn't we just communicate over email. I was glad we spoke. She gave me the confidence and assurance that I needed. I confirmed the order and did a TT wire transfer to them. They were very efficient with the order process. Also the photos Brittany took of my diamond ring was perfect! The ring was couriered and reached me before the expected date which was a really good service. In Singapore, I took the ring to NGI, Nan Yang Gem Institute, for verification. Everything was exactly as written in the AGS cert. It is an ACA diamond. Then I ask the appraiser ""With your years of experience, what do you think of the diamond??ˆ? His response ""Very Beautiful"". Hope my future wife will like this ring too.
