Blue Nile Site - I was wowed over elsewhere!

I bought my engagement ring from whiteflash after researching various sites (including blue nile) and going to several stores. The price was equivalent if not better than most of the poplar sites I saw but the main reason I chose WF was for the choice on potential settings and customer service. They sent me pictures of all my asks and were extremely patient - and the product was better than advertised. I have no qualms about recommending them for any purchase big or small ..... and mine was a big purchase .... none of the stores I went to carried the stone size and they would have to special order it ... buy with confidence from WF!!!

I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Liza, for all your help! We’re already looking forward to coming back when it’s time to pick out our wedding bands. I would highly recommend Liza and the team to anyone looking for a great jewelry-buying experience!
