Whiteflash.com is one of the best companies for caring customer service, hands down. Any company that is willing to give away their best jewelry to their fans is extraordinary. Not only do they giveaway beautiful jewelry, they treat you like royalty when you win. Never have I had a company go out of their way to make sure all my questions were being answered but several employee's including the CEO took their time to congratulate me. I received professional photos of my beautiful Melody ring and specific information about the ring. Whiteflash.com is a very personable company with outstanding employees that are willing to answer your questions and go out of their way to make sure you understand the details. I would do business with them anytime.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
