Great buying experience - cannot be happier!

The ring looks perfect and she absolutely loves it. She was just raving about how stunning the diamond looks under the lights at work. To be frank, it sparkles under all sorts of light conditions. I cannot be happier with how everything turned out. I did extensive research (as should everybody when making such a big purchase) on what I wanted in a diamond engagement ring, and Whiteflash covered all grounds. Most of all, you can make the purchase with confidence because they are really transparent with how they do business. Their ACA and expert selection diamonds all have individual ideal scope and ASET images readily available, on top of having the AGS reports just a click away. The topper is definitely the customer service. They were very helpful and quick to respond to all of my inquiries. If they weren?ˆ™t sure on how to respond to some more technical questions, they relayed me to a gemologist that did. They took actual photos of the diamonds when I inquired about side by side comparisons (which is probably the next best thing to seeing the diamonds in person). When I finally made my purchase and saw that it may have taken longer than expected for the ring be ready, they went out of their way to speed up the process so the ring could be delivered to fit my schedule. Throughout the whole buying experience, 3 + weeks and somewhere around 42 email exchanges, they remained patient, responsive, courteous, and extremely professional. I cannot be more satisfied!
