Great quality, results and service from Whiteflash

At first I was hesitant about ordering the engagement ring online, but my friend highly recommended Whiteflash, having had ordered their rings the year before. After having decided to go with Whiteflash, I called and received great advice and support from their employees which made me more comfortable in buying the ring. After I received the engagement ring, I was extremely happy with it, both in price and quality and even more important, so was my fianc?©. I was so please with Whiteflash, that we decided to buy my fianc?©e s wedding band from them as well and again, they delivered great quality, results and service. I would definitely highly recommend Whiteflash to anyone interested in buying high quality jewelry for a great price

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
