My fianc?© purchased the diamond from Whiteflash and the customer service was so outstanding during that process that we decided to go through them for the engagement ring and wedding bands as well. The e-ring and my fiance's wedding band were made by Vatch?©, and Whiteflash coordinated the ordering and payment of those rings for us. I made changes to the e-ring design that were communicated precisely to the vendor, and the end results were perfect. Whiteflash made my custom wedding band based on some pictures I had seen of others I liked, and the whole design team was incredibly helpful and nice throughout the whole process. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and professional, and they treated us like we were their only customers - responding to emails or making phone calls immediately upon receiving questions from us. The whole experience was great and we couldn't be happier with the rings. I would highly recommend using Whiteflash regardless of what you are looking to purchase. They can make anything happen!
