Complete confidence in Whiteflash!

My just got my ring last night (it was held by customs the first night it came to Canada). I love it!! Its beautiful!! I just wanted to write and thank you sooooo much for everything you did and all the time you took to find a diamond I was really happy with! I've never dealt with a company that had such awesome customer service and I think anyone else who deals with you is extremely lucky. You were so patient and really made me feel like I could have complete confidence in you and your company, which is something I was a bit worried about when doing something like this only over the phone and online. We were both so impressed with everything from start to finish and everyone there was always updating us every step of the way which we really appreciated. I will recommend you to everyone! Thanks again for everything and for making the entire experience so wonderful!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
