Fantastic every step of the way for Australian customer!

From my very first enquiry through to delivery, my communication with Whiteflash was fantastic. I'm from Australia, so making such a significant purchase from overseas was daunting, but Whiteflash have every assurance in place and staff to guide you with their advice and expertise every step of the way. The diamond consultant that I dealt with was lovely and accommodating from start to finish. The ring was spectacular, and they were able to make some slight modifications to make it more personalized. The same product would have cost so much more if purchased in Australia. Big thanks to the Whiteflash team for the fantastic service! This is the first place I'll go when looking at wedding bands

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
