Just wanted to send a follow up to the team over there to let you know that my fiance loves the ring. She immediately noted that the attention to detail and finish on this piece was superb. It's very hard nowadays to find people that actually care about the work they do. I thank you guys for being those rare people. Just wanted to thank you and the rest of your team for everything. I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
