I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone at Whiteflash. While we didn?ˆ™t spend a King?ˆ™s ransom, you all treated us like royalty. From your help and advice on picking of the diamonds, to your production managers advice and time on the type of setting, to the customer service rep and her helpfulness and follow-up, you all really went the extra mile for us and we do greatly appreciate it. It was a special occasion to us and you treated just like that and of course, the final product was brilliant. Thanks so much for everything,

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
