Highly recommend Whiteflash!

I bought an engagement ring from Whiteflash and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The website is a pleasure to use, but what I was most pleasantly surprised with was the salesperson on the phone. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and just very helpful. The ring and diamond (solitaire) itself was beautiful. To maintain the surprise I had to guess my fianc?©?ˆ™s ring size. I was off a little bit and Whiteflash handled the resizing quickly and for no cost. I highly recommend Whiteflash. They don't just have very competitive pricing, they have great customer support and have been a pleasure to work with.

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
