Beyond expectations

I can only say that Whiteflash products and customer service were well beyond every expectation I had, and I did had high expectations since the ring I bought was not something you would expect to buy any given day. I believe the way its website is built is perfectly designed to help you sort down your options based on your taste and needs. Their customer service was awesome, since the very first time I contacted them asking for help and guidance the gemologist that was assigned to me never left my side all the way through de process. He shared his professional opinion and helped me took my final decision. Once I chose the ring he was perfectly clear on the payment process I should follow (I from Mexico) and everything happened just as he explained to me it would. I asked to ship the ring to Miami and it arrived on time for me to pick it up. Worth mentioning that the ring looked identical to the pictures I received from Whiteflash once they finished its production (before it was shipped to me) and my girlfriend, which I proposed to her last week, totally LOVED it. She smiled and started crying the minute she saw it. Overall I totally recommend Whiteflash. They are a serious and a professional company 100% committed to their customers.
