First time customer could not be more pleased.

I started looking for a diamond several months ago and I had heard great things about Whiteflash. I did my homework and learned as much as I could about diamonds before and during my search. The staff at Whiteflash was prompt in returning my emails with various inquiries through out the process. They were happy to chat with me and give me advice and different options to get the most my money. Other jewelry stores I have visited made me feel uncomfortable about doing business with them. Whiteflash was not pushy in any way, they went above and beyond to keep me satisfied through my purchase. I had looked into other online sites for my diamond but in the end Whiteflash made me feel the most comfortable. I decided to order a .804 ct ACA on a simple tiffany style setting and it came out beautiful. I haven't seen such a good looking stone in all of my search. I will continue to do all my future business with Whiteflash. I could not be more satisfied with such an important purchase. Thanks again to all

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
