Excellent customer service!!!

Whiteflash.com provides the extreme top of the line online jewelry shopping experience. My fianc?© and I were looking for the perfect and ideal white gold setting. We found it at WF and was very pleased with the service they provided. Unfortunately, when we received our setting we took the setting and our diamond to a local jeweler. We were told that the diamond would not work in our setting even though our setting was custom designed to fit the diamond we selected. We immediately contacted WF and they quickly responded to help us resolve our issue. The problem was the jeweler wasn?ˆ™t interested in providing us services because we didn?ˆ™t purchase the setting or diamond from them. We found a local independent jeweler whom was happy to assist us and even offered to clean and check the prongs for free!!! Trust me, Whiteflash.com is the place to make that special purchase!!!

I can't say enough good things about Whiteflash and the team. America is the absolute sweetest and so knowledgeable. Working with Becca is a breeze. We have worked with them for over 8 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for fine jewelry. They can answer any question, can arrange to meet any need, and are very efficient and quick when you contact them, either by phone or email. They truly are the best!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
