Whiteflash.com provides the extreme top of the line online jewelry shopping experience. My fianc?© and I were looking for the perfect and ideal white gold setting. We found it at WF and was very pleased with the service they provided. Unfortunately, when we received our setting we took the setting and our diamond to a local jeweler. We were told that the diamond would not work in our setting even though our setting was custom designed to fit the diamond we selected. We immediately contacted WF and they quickly responded to help us resolve our issue. The problem was the jeweler wasn?ˆ™t interested in providing us services because we didn?ˆ™t purchase the setting or diamond from them.
