Overall excellent experience. I spent a few months looking for an engagement ring and checked 7-8 local stores as well as other online retailers. Whiteflash by far had the best prices on diamonds and had an impressive collection to browse as well. When I called Whiteflash their customer service was exceptional as well. Brittany walked me through the 3 diamonds I had chosen and gave me advice on which one might be the most brilliant. We followed up through e-mail and she consistently replied with hours of my last. Then, when I proposed with the ring my girlfriend thought it looked amazing. She's still getting compliments months later from co-workers.
