Couldn't have been happier! I was looking for a 1.3 ct diamond of superior quality and my Whiteflash rep (Liza) was EXTREMELY helpful. She talked me through the pro's and con's of the various diamonds that fit my criteria and helped me to make the decision. She gave the perfect level of support that enabled me to make an informed decision without feeling like I was being pressured. I was in Africa at the time so we communicated on chat and email which was very convenient. I felt like she was genuinely interested in helping me to make the right decision and in the end I felt great about my purchase. The service didn't stop at that point. I had a bit of a complicated situation and needed to have the ring expedited and sent to a friend and Whiteflash was very helpful throughout the process.
