A+++++++++ Experience with Whiteflash!

My name is Matt and I recently purchased a diamond engagement ring for who is now my fianc?©. I live in the Austin area and was referred to Sheerah from a very reliable source and close friend. The person referring had also acquired a purchase from White Flash and had the opportunity of working with Sheerah. Sheerah was extremely personable and knowledgeable. This whole process of shopping for the ""right"" ring was a little overwhelming and certainly caused some anxiety. Once meeting with Sheerah, all reservations and anxiety was vanquished. She is a no pressure, no BS kind of consultant. From my recollection of the experience, Sheerah's main goal was to insure that her customer (me) was happy and that she felt obligated to find the right ring, setting, diamond, etc. She was diligent in her efforts and was available every step of the way. Following the purchase of the ring and the engagement, I received follow up from Sheerah to insure that I was happy with the ring, my fianc?© was happy with the ring, and if there was anything else she could do to assist. I told her that she was great, highly recommended, and how much I appreciated her expertise and assistance all along the way. If customer service and a caring, personable consultant is what you are in search of when shopping for various jewelry, then look no further than Sheerah.
