When shopping for Jewelry there is no Question....GO TO Whiteflash!

My Whiteflash experience was about as good as you can get for an online purchase of jewelry. Like many people I was initially hesitant about ordering such an important highly priced item online (engagement ring), but after a friends recommendation I decided to check out the site and spent hours and days trying to poke a hole in their process. The first important thing to me was that the diamond I purchased was humanly mined and obtained, which Whiteflash seems to go a little further than other sites to prove this is the case. Next the customer service was great. The sales person I spoke with several times was very accommodating towards my initial hesitations and I never felt pressured to make a purchase, nor did I ever feel I was being duped. When I had made the purchase I was part of every aspect of the rings construction and they updated me during each step. When it came time to pick up the ring I was very happy with the security measures that were taken. Even though I had to drive to the airport to pick up the ring I was very happy that they don't just sent it to you with just any service under circumstances where a person could easily switch out the diamond. The ring itself I couldn't ask for a better outcome and was presented very nicely in the packaging along with the diamond inspection tools I also received. Not that I'm planning on ever needing to propose again, but given the opportunity I would defiantly go with Whiteflash again.
