I first came to know about Whiteflash in 2008, I was new to online shopping back then and certainly did not expect I will be making such a big ticket item purchase online, well I did and it was painless! Starting from the diamond selection, Whiteflash had been nothing but being extremely professional in addressing my queries, then the wire transfer, I have to say the instruction was really well written, I was assured by my bank with such clear instruction, there will be no rooms for errors, simply brilliant! The delivery was quick and precise too! I was very happy with the entire experience and I told myself my next purchase, and many more to come in the future, will definitely from Whiteflash! Time flies, I made another purchase this year. Nothing has changed except the service level is significantly enhanced, with the real time online chatting with Whiteflash, I was able to get my concern addressed immediately! Nothing is more important than putting the customer first, and I have to say Whiteflash is operating based on exactly that! Kudos to Whiteflash! If you are thinking of getting a diamond, think no further, Whiteflash is the name to look for!
