'A Cut Above' is definitely a cut above. I enquired about an 'A Cut above' diamond online with Whiteflash and Traci promptly called to discuss the particular diamond and answer any questions I had. The staff at Whiteflash were professional, friendly and always available during the purchasing process. I am in Australia so correspondence was easier via email, the staff (Traci, Magen & Mike) have been great to work with and also assisted with the shipping/customs process to Australia. I received the diamond this morning (4 business days to travel from Texas to Australia - impressive!) and I'm absolutely flabbergasted with how brilliant and well cut the diamond is! I am so happy with the 'Hearts & Arrows' cut quality that I am lost for words, as I look through the loupe.
