Complete success buying from Whiteflash!

I have recently bought a solitaire diamond engagement ring from Whiteflash, which was a complete success! I live in Australia, I am a veteran online shopper for shoes, clothes, but never a diamond ring. So when my husband wanted to buy me a diamond ring for our 20th anniversary, we went to the Tiffany, only found out that it would cost nearly $50,000 for the kind of diamond I wanted, of course it was a bit too expensive. I searched online and came across quite a few online sellers. After an extensive research, I decided to buy it from Whiteflash. The consultant who helped me through the whole process is Traci. Since I am not living in the U.S., I was quite nervous in the beginning. Traci was patient and professional, never pushy in her approach, which eased my nerves gradually. Since wee were travelling to Los Angeles, I decided to make the purchase and pick it up on the day we arrive. I went into two jewelry shops to have a diamond checked out, both of them said it was not the diamond on the GIA certificate which came with the diamond. I was shocked, and called Whiteflash about the issue. It was the weekend, Debi, the person who answered the phone assured me that such situation had never happened during the 12 years they are in business, and I should have nothing to worry about if there was a problem, they would take care of everything. She then followed up with an email, assuring me that their operation manager will be in touch with me. Early on Monday morning, Vera called, she assured me again, with 100% confidence that there was no problem with my purchase, due to their every stringent procedure and security control, and recommended me to go to an independent jewelry appraiser to have the ring appraised. We went to two very reputable appraisers and guess what? The diamond was perfect, exactly the one on the GIA certificate. I am so glad that I bought my ring from Whiteflash, with less than half of the price, I got a better diamond than the ones I check at Tiffany, and thank you Traci, Debi and Vera for helping me all the way.
