Mind blowingly awesome experience!

I do not know where to begin with this review; only because I had such a mind blowingly awesome experience from beginning to end (and then some) with Whiteflash. About two months prior to making a purchase fro WhiteFlash (WF) for a diamond engagement ring for my girlfriend, I began looking for a vendor to buy from. I was torn between Blue Nile (BN), and WF. After discovering the Price Scope website, I ended up going with WF, for all of my needs -and I don't regret my decision one bit. The customer service at BN was nowhere near the level of WF's. Also, all of BN's diamonds are drop shipped, where as with WF, they have in house diamonds. The customer service is phenomenal. My consultant was amazing. She took time to listen to my needs, concerns, and thoughts, and provided me with timely feedback, and even her opinion when asked. She guided me in right direction as far as choosing the right diamond for my budget, and bang for my buck. Same with the ring. Again, any questions I had, she was there to take care of everything. And remember, this is well before I spent a dime! Finally, the time came to order. My consultant and the WF team kept everything as streamlined as possible, and everything went smoothly. From ordering to the wire transfer, to the delivery, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I was even sent professional photos of the ring I ordered after it was done being forged! -Even after I got my ring, my consultant and team has kept in touch with me about everything. I was very satisfied with how everything turned out. The diamond is super brilliant, and beautiful. I could not be happier with the experience I had with WF. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a purchasing jewelry. I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future should I need anything.
