We wanted to let you guys know that we absolutely love my engagement ring! The diamond really looks great in the setting that our consultant helped us to choose. I'm so glad that we used Whiteflash and wanted to warmly thank everyone for their exceptional assistance (especially in handling my many questions). We also wanted to comment that not once did I feel that this was a sale and the customer service was levels above every other jeweler that I visited in Houston. Thank you!

We worked with Liza, who patiently and diligently guided us through the complicated world of diamond specifications and helped us find exactly the diamond we wanted at a value we felt great about. We weren't exactly the easiest customers (we may have tested her patience a little!), but she was incredibly knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive throughout the entire process.
