Before I had found Whiteflash, I had spent weeks at about a dozen different jewelry stores trying to shop for the perfect engagement ring, but I couldn't find anything that matched both my criteria and my price range. Their personnel were extremely helpful and accessible (at one point, I was able to reach someone via phone at about 8 or 9 p.m.), and they kept me closely appraised of the status of my order through the entire process, even providing photos and reports as the diamond arrived from a supplier and as the ring was completed. The only difficult part of the process was waiting: at one point, we were delayed in locating the stone and then finding that the supplier was closed for longer than expected. However, during this time, the helpful agents were able to recommend an alternative diamond that was nearly identical (and probably superior, in terms of light performance) to the one I had originally chosen. The final product was breathtaking, and not long ago I had the pleasure of showing her the ring on bent knee and hearing the response "yes!"
