Thank you a ton for the sincere note and Starbuck''s card! I appreciate your kindness and professionalism throughout this process and will definitely refer others directly to Whiteflash for their diamond needs. I proposed on Saturday afternoon after sending Jennifer on a ""Early Birthday Scavenger Hunt"" (her real birthday was yesterday); her last destination was our house where I had printed five old letters/emails that I had originally written when we first started dating back in June of 2003 (letters that talked about my feelings for her). I re-dated all the letters for September 10, 2005 and signed them (to make them ""current"")...all to let her know that my love for her is still the same and has only gotten stronger. The title of the last letter was ""I Can''t Wait"", and I mentioned after a hug that I can''t wait to spend the rest of our lives together, got down on a knee, and proposed. She was TOTALLY surprised and said, ""Yes!"" Jennifer absolutely LOVED the ring and commented that the setting was ""perfect""; thanks again for creating such a beautiful setting for my diamond, and I hope to do business with you guys again soon. *Please let Leon know that I appreciate his time as well and his suggestions really helped create the perfect setting...

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
